This is a list of tools supporting your citizen card. A mention here should not be considered as a recommendation by A-SIT(?) or the Federal Chancellery for a specific solution or provider. Also, we can not provide support for these tools. This list is meant to show other uses of your citizen card besides e-government.

For smartcard(?) or software certificates

CCE enables you to encrypt files and folders and place them in containers. For decryption, you can use your smartcard(?) (at the moment the various versions of the austrian citizen card) as well as software-keys. Since Version 3, CCE does not require a citizen card environment(?) anymore.

ebInterface is an austrian XML invoice standard, developed together by leading austrian FIBU and ERP providers in the AUSTRIAPRO workshop on E-Billing. Using the ebIterface plugin, you can issue electronic invoices in Word and sign them using mobile phone signature.

After a user has been logged in with citizen card and mobile phone signature, Folio Cloud marks the account as "trustworthy". This gives business contacts the security that the identity behind this account has been verified by the highest level of cloud security.
